Feb 1, Sunday: Watched Inkheart! It was a good movie. The electricity went out at night at like midnight. We lit candles in the living room and sat around the fire and played with the wax and the piano. It's quite nice to play the piano when there's a blackout. Will post pictures, but not now. Power came back on at 2 AM, and we looked at our old family albums until 2:30 then my dad told us to go to sleep.
Feb 2, Monday: Didn't go to school today coz I slept late last night. Ho ho ho! My Tokio Hotel Caught on Camera DVD (Deluxe Edition) arrived today! Watched some of it. OMG.
Feb 3, Tuesday: The sky is falling! Seriously. It started raining inside during gymnastics class, and at first I thought it was through the window so I didn't really bother but then I put on my glasses and saw that it was raining through one part of the ceiling. Omg. We went to the waiting area and watched them as they tried to keep the water from spreading or something. The ceiling has like tile things on it and several of them started falling. I have pictures. Finished watching TH Caught on Camera. IT'S AWESOMEEE.
Feb 4, Wednesday: My sunblock has a nice lemony smell! Sarah Ti and Aunty Elsi thought it was good soap.

GAHHH! Must blog quickly coz I'm not supposed to be on. My mum came at like 4:30 PM today. She was supposed to come at 4 but she went the wrong way. So typical of her. Hahaha. It was fun to stay back tho, Sarah Ti and Chanelle and Isaak (he can speak Hebrew! Omg) and Bryant and Ian and Tetsuo and etc. were there so we talked.

Here's a convo me and my mum had in the car.

Me: *talks about something I forgot*

Mum: *randomly holds my hand* Sometimes I might scold you and get angry, but actually I love you!

Me: *looks at her weirdly and snatches hand back* Eeeee!

Mum: *incredulous look* Haaah? I tell you that I love you and you're like that! Fine, I don't love you! Better?

Me: It's very gelee* when you hold my hand like that la! You're so random.

Mum: What's random?

Me: What's [insert Chinese word here]?

Mum: [Chinese word] means... Jiayu, I love you ah.

Me: Aiyooo.

*gelee = I dunno how to spell it, but it means like "ticklish".

I didn't say "aiyo" coz I hate her or anything, but coz it was so random and a bit weird. :D

Anyway I bought this book called Coraline yesterday. It's marvelously scary. You can read it in a day, and it's very easy to read. Even young children will be able to understand it, but I don't think they'd like to coz it would give them a fright. It's one of those books with children who are polite all the time and whose parents ignore them all the time and they have creepy, weird adventures in their creepy, weird house.

Buy it. It's a good book. But I wouldn't read it at night though.

I tried taking notes today for the whole book before I take my Science LIFEPAC Test. Maybe next time I should just take notes as I'm reading the lesson. Taking notes all at once for the whole book takes forever. =.=''

P.S. I might start spelling mom as "mum" now coz I pronounce it as "mum" and not "moh-m" anyway. Anyway who cares. Pics next time. Goodbye!
