Futsal
Tuesday, June 30, 2009

We played futsal (like, indoor football) today! Even though I have never played it before. My team members: Rachel, Justine, Charmaine, Lydia Chang, and Andi (sub). Rachel was supposed to be the goalkeeper, but she didn't want to, and it didn't take long to find out I was useless at futsal, so I became the goalkeeper. At least I was more useful at that.

I didn't know futsal was so violent. Charmaine and Justine got hit in the face by the ball, (ouch!) and some other people got hit in the gut. For me, the ball flew STRAIGHT at my chest (well, I am the goalie), so I caught it so the other team didn't score (yay). It wasn't painful or anything though, but really startling.

It was kind of fun. We also talked with some people from USJ. And the team from Klang were good la, like omg. We lost 2-0 to them. Thank God we only had to play with them once.

Oh yeah, just a reminder, if you haven't signed the petition to bring David back to Malaysia yet, click HERE to sign now! PLEEEASE. There are only like 656 signatures! If you're not an Archie fan, tell all your friends who like David to siiiign!

P.S. The words at the bottom: "Not only the panda needs protection! Stop the stalking - Save the rockstar!" It's referring to when Tokio Hotel got stalked by a bunch of girls.

Man, I love these TH macros. I have over 300 of them. I just sat there and looked at the macros and laughed and click "save as" over and over again until I had 300+ pictures.

I know, I have no life. ;)

Michael Jackson Tribute
Sunday, June 28, 2009

I just came back from the Michael Jackson tribute at 1 Utama at 7 PM! There was a lot of people there, so thank God Sarah and Rachel went there early. There were some seats, but not a lot, so I sat between Sarah and Rachel's chairs while my mum, two maids, and brothers went off who knows where (they stayed around for a while, then went to eat, then came back and sat on the floor in front to watch).

They showed a video called "Michael Jackson Ones" or something that hasn't been shown/released in Malaysia, and some of his music videos (awesome). Then they had some Malaysian MJ impersonators perform onstage, and some people came up to sing a song or dance to Michael Jackson.

There was a big board where we could write stuff on that they were going to send to America. To Michael's family, I think. And also a condolence book. While we were lining up to sign both of those, these two guys from 8TV came and "interviewed" us! They asked us how we found out about MJ's death (Sarah answered that), how we felt (me), what MJ means to us (Aunty Linda and Sean answered) and if we had any last words to say. We said, "We love you Michael" at the same time. Then we signed the book and the board.

Then people gave out candles in cups and we lit them, and they started playing Michael's songs and we held up the candles while singing along. It was so sad la. I can't believe we've lost a pop legend. I mean like, Michael Jackson -- there's no one like him.

They started playing his music videos again, but I had to leave by that time (about 10 PM) coz Jia Wei was getting sleepy (darn!).

Arghh! I feel so bad that I only started liking MJ after he died. I really wish I could have gone to one of his concerts! It would have been amazing. :( Coz actually, his songs are nice. I like Black or White, Billie Jean, Beat It, We are the World, Remember the Time, etc.

R.I.P. Michael.

The Death of a Legend
Saturday, June 27, 2009

I'm sorry if this picture scares you, but he looks so happy here! :(

Oh my gosh. I'm sure you all know this by now, but Michael Jackson (1958 - 2009) passed away yesterday (it's 1:01 AM on Saturday now). I'm not a fan of MJ or anything, but I'm still in shock. The world is in shock. How could this happen? The King of Pop, a legend... dead? It's all so hard to believe.

I don't know why, but I feel so sad. We've all lost someone truly remarkable. I don't think anyone can compete with Michael Jackson, and I'm sure you all agree with me.

He was supposed to do ten live concerts in London this month, and he was planning to come to Malaysia next year. I feel so sad I'm not going to ever get to meet him or go to one of his concerts! A pop legend. My parents and uncle went, and my uncle said MJ's concerts are THE best. :'( I'm sure MJ has affected each of our lives, whether you're a fan or not.

R.I.P. Michael Jackson.

Moonwalk

We Are the World

And sorry, I'd check out more of his videos if I could, but it's really late now, so I'll have to do it tomorrow.

I feel so sad! I still can't believe it.

Nosebleeds
Thursday, June 25, 2009

We watched this debate in school today. The topic was about whether Facebook was dangerous or not. Tetsuo, Justine, and Ryan were were in the team supporting that fact (Facebook is bad), and Neilson, Ian, and Michael were in the other team (Facebook is good!). It was pretty funny, especially since Neilson doesn't have a Facebook, and the Tetsuo, Ryan, and Justine all do.

MY MAID RUINED MY PHONE! I held it out to her, asking her to call the driver to come pick us up after me and my bros bought ice cream, and she said, "Oh, he's already there!" and swung her hand. It hit my phone and made it fall on the floor.

Look at the top-left side. That yellow thing in the screen! So ugly, right?! IT'S RUINED. RUINED, I TELL YOU!!

I want a new phone but my mum won't let me coz she says it's no big deal. Easy for her to say! HER phone stinks. It's grey, and the theme is grey, and it's so incredibly boring, you can get bored by just looking at it!

Maybe if I ask my dad...

Anyway, from David's blog:
If you didn't know already, Regina's new album came out today!!! WDf;oihegalkejdgnaelkgjaehfgpiuhchachacharmin;asdghdf;oiaub!!!! I just got back from the city so I haven't listened to it yet.
SO CUTE!! He got so excited he started typing nonsense!

Oh my freaking gosh. I just found out we're going to Singapore next Friday with my cousins. THE SAME DAY AS MY PIANO EXAM. So stupid! My parents didn't even tell us until just now when we asked my dad! Why in the world are we going anyway? Why couldn't we have gone earlier so I could see Lady Gaga?!

Oh okay, now we're going on Saturday. :D Yayyy!

Watch this vid:

Hysteria

TiffyC0okies: oh sweet jebeezuz its sexy brain washing... Oh God do it again... must do it again. My breath got caught ... I swear i didn't breath the whole time and now I have a nose bleed......
TiffyC0okies: Yeah, I love you too <3. I haven't had a TH nosebleed this good since bills vogue photo shoot/prelude 1221 video...

LOL! SHE GOT A NOSEBLEED! HAHAHA!! I don't get how people can get nosebleeds for not breathing though... But she got a nosebleed coz the video was so good. XP Seriously, watch it. It's soooo sexy. Omg. Haha. I feel a bit weird now!

Stupid Restaurant City and Pet Society won't load. D:

Is Armpit Hair Adorable?
Tuesday, June 23, 2009

Man, is he pretty. So freakishly jealous! =.='' Plus he has the perfect nose. And his skin is perfect.

I finally got my Seventeen Malaysia mag from Emily today! David looks super cute in the pictures <3! Me, Sarah, and Emily were laughing about one of the pictures in David's interview-article. If you look closely, you can see two strands of armpit hair sticking out! HAHAHA! How cuute (the fact that the hair is sticking out, not the hair itself)!

Sarah: Omg, his armpit hair is so adorable!

My friends are insane. But that's just as well, because so am I. Birds of a feather flock together, right?

*bell rings -- lunch is over*
Me: What? *kneels on the floor and raises hands up in the air* NOOOOOOO!

Hehe. But it's fun to just let myself go like that.

Pain of Love
Monday, June 22, 2009

OMGOMGOMG. I JUST HEARD TWO SHORT CLIPS OF TWO OF TOKIO HOTEL'S NEW SONGS JUST NOW, AND THEY ARE SOOO AWESOME!!!! I STARTED HYPERVENTILATING AND GASPING.

Oh my freaking gosh! And I'm still breathing faster than normal, in short little breaths. Feels kind of uncomfortable, but I can't help it! I'm just so excited!!

Click HERE for the link to the songs ("Pain of Love" and "Dark Side of the Sun"). By the way, they were confirmed by Cherrytree Records, but Martin from Cherrytree Records tweeted, "You can't judge TH's album on songs that have leaked and weren't finished. You'll miss out if you do. I'm telling you."

So okay, I won't judge. But if they have two songs on the album like that, omg, I cannot wait to hear the full versions! Sadly their album is being delayed yet again. D:

Ahh. My breathing has finally slowed down.

Oh oops, it's gone up again coz I listened to the clips again. But omgomgomg, I can't contain my excitement! I keep gasping. Omg I'm so excited! I'm so excited I'm so excited!

Called Emily to tell her the good news! Surprisingly, she said the songs were quite nice. Didn't expect that.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEW ALBUM!

And sorryyy for rambling on and on about that. Hah. Too excited!

Anyways, I better go take a shower now if I wanna watch Hotel For Dogs later. Byeeee!

The Stalking Cat
Sunday, June 21, 2009

4:11 PM

I applied mascara by myself for the first time yesterday (practice not counted)! Me and my mum went to this posh wedding at The Hilton (I substituted my dad, who's in China). I also actually liked wearing my dress, and I wore eyeliner on the bottom lids and mascara. My mum said my makeup was really nice, and asked me to help her with her makeup next time.

Heh.

The wedding was soo expensive. My gosh. The bride's mum, who is my mum's friend, told us that the bride's first dress (she wore three dresses) was RM20,000! And the big bunch of orchids on the tables were RM30,000. And the flowers at the main table were from Holland. So freakishly rich!

And the food was quite nice. Sharkfin soup. I looove. There were nine dishes, including two desserts.

The wedding ended at 11-something, and I slept at 1-something AM. Had to wake up at 7 AM this morning for this charity fundraiser thing in my brother's kindergarten. My mum got her brother and his girlfriend and one of the maids to help sell rojak, and Jiahe brought his pets (Leopard gecko, Peters' Forest Gecko, Malaysian Forest Scorpion, an eel-like animal called a reedfish, and two rainbow crabs), and Shiwei brought his star tortoise. They kept them in a room decorated with some huge leaves my mum brought, and called it the "Mini Pet Zoo."

It was a one-dollar (RM1) coupon per person, but later they could use normal money when the coupons ran out, I guess. Good business. About 100 people came into the "zoo," and someone said it was the best one yet.

I'm at Yuwen's house right now, and her new toy poodle Kiki is going berserk! It's growling and jumping and running around the room like a crazy thing.

And Adam Lambert has a twitter! Confirmed by @dannygokey. Adam's twitter is @therealGlambert. I hope he replies his fans! Most celebs don't, they just reply other celebs, but David does reply his fans, and I think that's really nice of him!

Murder
Saturday, June 20, 2009

The Pipers came today and talked about right choices and wrong choices! It was interesting, and shockingly, the whole chapel was so quiet while Mrs. Piper was speaking! She's 55 years old, and her fringe is dyed purple. Her glasses, makeup, and clothes are purple too. Cool! She, her husband, and two friends also prayed for us individually at the end.

Mrs. Piper (the purple-haired one) is so nice and friendly! I told her my name was Jiayu, pronouncing it as "jya-yoo" (coz people who can't speak Chinese can't pronounce my name right), but she called me "ja-ha-yoo." Oh well.

DAVID IS ON THE COVER ON SEVENTEEN MALAYSIA!!

Click HERE for the article and moreee pictures!

I got so excited when I saw that in AAM, I started hyperventilating, and my mum asked, "What happened? Crazy ah?" in this rude voice. So mean!

And today in ballet class, there was this little girl about 4-6 years of age. She was mixed, and she was sooo beautiful! Seriously, she looked like a princess! Her hair is wavy (someone curled it for her for today) and brownish, the goldeny-black-brown kind, and it goes down until her back like a gorgeous waterfall! And she is sooo cute! She looks so innocent and sleepy. She is seriously like a princess. A PRINCESS. Gosh, me and my friends couldn't stop fussing over her and admiring her and going, "She's so cute!" Lucky her.

I killed an ant yesterday. It was carrying some food, probably going back to its ant colony or its family or something. I felt so bad about killing it, but I had no choice coz if I didn't, an army of ants would have come.

I can just imagine the little ant thinking, "Oh boy, look at this gigantic piece of food I found! I'm so proud of myself! The colony's/family's going to be so happy! We won't have to go out hunting for days!" And then the little ant looks up and goes, "Hey, what's that big round thing up there? ... Wait, is that a finger? It's coming closer! Oh no, please don't kill me! I'm only trying to feed my family! *sob* Please, no! Pleease! Have mercyyyy..." And then it dies.

Awww! Omg, so sad. I wonder what the ant's family was thinking. They were probably missing their dad... Unless it was the mum. Or the kid. That I killed.

I'm a murderer!

I have this inability to write nice, short blog posts which subjects in it that are actually related to each other. So I'm going to go now. Byebye!

Throwing Pebbles
Thursday, June 18, 2009

... I got to spend the night (and just for the night, not even day) in Utah. I couldn't sleep, and I mentioned the cats on twitter... But I wrote a letter to a friend and put it in the mailbox that night, or I guess morning lol, so I wouldn't forget to send it before I had to leave to CT. Well funny thing, when I turned the door knob it was locked. You can open it inside but not on the outside. I didn't have my phone with me, and no one was answering the door. I tried throwing normal pebbles at the window but that didn't work either. So there I was in my PJ's outside, without shoes, and cold! I ran down the street to keep the blood going and went to a friend's house, hoping they'd be awake or more responsive than at my place haha. I knocked on the window that I thought was my friend's room, but I'm guessing that I guessed wrong or he wasn't awake, or something. I went back to the front and just knocked on the door, and thankfully his dad happened to be awake. So he opens the door and there I am standing in my PJ's feeling stupid, but I was so glad to go inside somewhere warm! Anyway I eventually got back into the house, and headed to the airport a couple hours later heh.

- David's Blog, June 16

Me: OMG! He got locked out of his own house and started running up and down the street! So funny! SO CUTE!!
Sarah: Yeah! Omg! So cute! I think he ran to Dean's house! Cause he once said that Dean lives a few blocks away from him. Awww, him throwing tiny pebbles on the window is so hilarious!
Me: I KNOW! Can you imagine? So adorable! I wish i was there and i was david's friend and i also got locked out of my house, so we could go to dean's house together and throw pebbles together!! OMG!
Sarah: No it wouold be me, not you! I would pretend I don't know how to get in the house, so we can stay outside talking! OMG!
Me: No, it would be ME! I said first! Okay fine, both of us coz we had a sleepover! SO EXCITING!
Sarah: OMG! Then we can invite David over for the sleepover! Soooo nice! I wish it was true! Then we can all talk and watch movies together! EEEEEEEEEEEEE! *dies of excitement!* <3

Oh my freaking gosh, you guys, that conversation (via SMS) was so exciting. I started daydreaming and imagining and that got me so excited and happy. Even though it's just a daydream. And it will never come true. Hah!

... Oh, how depressing! D:

Anywayyy, ZERO GRAVITY (the full version) was on Hitz.fm yesterday! OMG! Me and Emily were staying back in school, and suddenly Sarah called me to say that Zero Gravity was on the radio. Of course we panicked, because we didn't have a radio, but then someone said that Tetsuo had a radio in his phone, so we took that, but the radio didn't work downstairs in the school. It just kept going, "Zzzzzt! Zzzzzt!" so we quickly ran outside, screaming and jumping and breathless. Two guys (one just got out of a van, and another was painting the carpark) looked at us all weird. We ran up the ramp and the radio started working, which made us go crazy and screamed and started laughing like pure idiots.

But we're idiots for David, so it's okay! XD

When the song ended, we gave Tetsuo his phone back.

Tetsuo: Why don't you just download it (the song)?
Us: Oh, we did (OF COURSE LA).
Tetsuo: Then??
Me: We wanna hear it on radio...
Tetsuo: ...

I don't know, but there's something about hearing David's songs on radio and not just on our phones's music players and iPods. I guess it makes you feel like your favorite singer is getting more attention and recognition or something.

After school, my mum brought me to buy a dress at her friend's boutique coz I'm going to a wedding at THE HILTON -- ooo, posh! -- this Saturday with my mummy since my Dad's in China for a business trip and can't go. So glad I went to that shop, coz at first we were supposed to go to the mall, but my mum thought of Aunty Denise's (she's not my aunty but I call her that) shop, so we went there instead. And thank GOD we did, coz I  really dislike walking around and looking in countless shops for dresses that look nice on me. It's so boring and tiring. But at Aunty Denise's boutique, I actually liked it.

Plus there were several pretty dresses that suited me, so we brought 5 home to try on again and decide which to get. We're getting 3. They're at Aunty Denise's for alterations. I'll get them on Saturday. The dresses are so comfy and niiiice! Ahhh.

I experimented with what makeup to wear to the wedding today, which was fun coz I don't really get to wear makeup. Gosh, I love eyeliner. But I hate washing the makeup off, it's so mafan and uncomfortable. Ish! Who agrees with me?

While I was taking all that makeup off, this girl called Hitz.fm and asked, "Can you play a David Archuleta song for me?" And Natalie (the radio DJ) said it'll be coming up next, and she'll be playing either ALTNOY, Crush, Touch My Hand, or Zero Gravity! Omg, it was so exciting! I freaked out and started screaming and teleported (I'm a magical being!) over to my phone to dial Emily's number, but she didn't pick up! I called her several times, then gave up, and called Sarah next to tell her!

They played ALTNOY, even though I was hoping it'd be ZG, but Natalie said she's saving that for tomorrow, so I gotta listen to Hitz tomorrow!

OMG. OMGOMGOMG. I just realized that I can't! I have school from 9 AM - 3 PM tomorrow, then piano class from 3:30 - 5, then ballet for 5 - 7:30. I'll probably be back by about 8:15 PM! And I can't listen to Hitz in the car coz the radio won't go up to 92.9 since it's a Japanese car. Darnnn it! Hopefully they'll play it at night. :X

Ish! Now I gotta go practice from my piano lesson tomorrow. My piano exam's only about 2 weeks away! So scary. But at least I'll get to play some other songs beside my exam songs, which are getting really boring, and dumb old scales and arpeggios and et cetera.

Ah well. Wish me luck! Byebye!

Don't Squish the Balls
Tuesday, June 16, 2009

I have this keychain, it's a cow with liquid in it and normal, purple, jelly-ish round things in it.

Sorry for the crappy quality, I took this with my phone camera.

Emily: *plays with the keychain and squishes and therefore destroys one of the round things by accident*
Me: NOOOOO!

Later...

Emily: *plays with the keychain again*
Me: No! Don't squish the balls!
Tetsuo and Ryan: HAHAHAHA!

Ryan and Tetsuo were looking at one of the animations on my phone and laughing uproariously. It was an animation of this person (his head is like a circle with two dots for eyes and a line for a mouth) typing on this computer and getting very frustrated with it, so he starts banging his hands and head on the keyboard and all the blood and his eyeball come out.

I don't know why they were laughing. It's not funny, but they were laughing so funnily, it made me and Emily laugh.

Rachel asked me, Sarah, and Emily to guess where Utah was on a blank outline of a map of the United States in her History & Geography book, since we're fans of David. Our one clue was that Utah had a lot of mountains. Here's what we guessed:

P.S. I think Sarah guessed South Dakota. Around that area anyway. Either that or Nebraska.

When Rachel said that I guessed correctly...

Me: *screams* Omg! YESSS!!
Sarah: *screams* Omg! SO UNFAIR!!

And about the clue, Rachel explained that mountains were usually on the west side.

And Sarah wrote "Archuleta" with a calculator! SUPER COOL.

Look what David tweeted!
