"I Just Wanted to Say I Love Him" Thursday, July 9, 2009 I didn't go to school yesterday coz I stayed up to watch Michael Jackson The Memorial LIVE on CNN from 2-4 AM (but I started watching from about 11-something PM). It was really touching to watch all the performances and hear all the things his friends said about him. It made me cry like a baby. Like when Brooke Shields made that speech about Michael and the good times they used to have together, she was trying not to cry. And while Usher was singing, he went off the stage to touch the MJ's casket, and he was crying at the end. And also Michael's daugher Paris. "I just want to say Daddy has been the best father you could ever imagine. And I just wanted to say I love him... so much." She was in tears! I woke up today and saw a dead cockroach in my bathroom being carried by ants. Of course I freaked out and ran out of the room. I went to get my mum to help me throw the cockroach away, but she refused to!! She said I had to learn and do it myself, coz who's gonna do it for me in college or university or whatever? I got really scared and started crying a bit, so she took this thing for me. You hold one end and the other hand will clip the cockroach. So I used that and flushed the cockroach down the toilet. VICTORY IS MINE! Stupid old cockroach. I was really looking forward to seeing the little three-legged puppy they found in school yesterday (see Ryan's blog), but she wasn't here today coz Shannon took her home to take care of her. And watch these MJ videos! Really funny! MUST WATCH! Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 And this one of Michael at home with his children. It made me tear up when I saw how close he was to his children and how much they loved each other. And on Paris's birthday, Michael asked her what her birthday wish was, and her answer was, "To do what you do. " Michael: "What do I do?" Paris: "You dance and sing." Michael: "You wanna do it? Really?" Paris: *nods* Then you watch the video above (the first one) of Paris at the memorial... It's really sad. Poor Paris. Poor Prince and Blanket. Michael was such a sweet, nice guy! Look at how he let the little boy crack an egg on top of his head, and let his cousins push him into the pool three times (it's in the Funniest Moments videos). I miss him.
