Cirque du Sexy Tuesday, January 12, 2010 My calendar was like folded across the middle today. I was so mad I couldn't concentrate on my work for like 10-20 minutes because I was too busy imagining punishing the person who did it. So I read Proverbs 12 and listened to calming music ("The Saltwater Room" - Owl City). Then Sarah found cake in her shoe. Some people have no respect.  YAAAAY higher quality pic of the GQ cover (no, it is NOT Galaxie, it's the German GQ. Gawsh)! BILL LOOKS SO GORGEOUS AFHPOEKLAJODJEOJ. Even though today Rachel and Sarah told me they thought he looked like a pondan (tranny). BUT I THINK HE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!! MTV Buzzworthy: "Bill looks like the ringleader of Cirque de Sexy." BEST LINE EVER! For the last 20 minutes of school I was wondering what it would be like if there really was a Cirque du Sexy, and of course Bill was the ringmaster, and I was at one of the shows to watch the sexy people (BILL) prancing around and being gorgeous. It was hard to imagine some other sexy celebrity as the cast, but then I imagined Taylor Lautner (as a werewolf for the circus) since people like him so much. Anyways, a trending topic on Twitter (#failedpickuplines) made me remember this list of 30 random, funny, and lame pickup lines. One of my favourites is "Did you fart? Coz you just blow me away!" Before I watched it, I checked Twitter on my iTouch and tokiohotelusa had posted, "@cherrytreerec How much do you love those almost kissing robots?" So while I was turning on my laptop and stuff I was thinking, "Almost-kissing robots? Omgomgomomg!" Or you can watch it on TH's website. I LOVE IT! I loooove the video!! They all look sooo hot in it, oh my gosh! (Anyone notice how nice Georg's hair is?) Bill's walk at one part where he was getting out of the car was super sexy. OMGG! *fans self* Omgomgomg ahhhh! I'm soo glad. I can't wait for the album hahahahahaha!! Ahh, anyway, Emily finally came to school today. I am so jealous coz Emily's and Chai Yi's (from my ballet class) fingernails are so nice! They are so narrow and the pink part of the nail, where it's connected to the flesh, is long, reaching like the fingertip. Not like mine. I'm actually pretty embarrassed about my nails. They're so w i d e and ugly coz I used to bite them (should've listened when people asked me to STOP STOP STOP). Plus I accidentally squashed a finger on the wardrobe in Singapore (it hurt. A LOT. I collapsed), and it bled internally so you can see this horrible blue, white, and maroon pattern under the nail bed. Ugh. I don't even know if it will GO AWAY. Bill said the first thing he looks at in a girl is her hands. I have no idea why, but that's what he said. That is bad. Very bad. Because my hands are so ugly and my fingernails are so ptui! Nooo! I'm dooooomed! //12:20 AM on Saturday: OMG I just heard a Tokio Hotel interview LIVE on Goom Radio! It's a French radio station so the lady interviewer was speaking in French but Tokio Hotel spoke in German. Sadly I couldn't really understand what they were saying, except "Humanoid" and "Tokio Hotel" and little snippets of German words I actually knew like aber, es ist, geil, the German way of saying OMG, etc. It's the first time I've ever heard them live like that! It's so cool! Bill has such a beautiful voice! He spoke the most (how not a surprise!), but Tom and Georg did talk too. Gustav was very quiet as always. His glasses are so cute. Aaanyway, I wish I could have been there at the radio station to actually see it! Ahh! :D They are sooo awesome. Ahh, my lovely lovely Deutscher Jungen. Ich liebe euch, Tokio Hotel! Oh, and TH rented an amusement park for Bill and Tom's birthday. They've lived out one of their childhood dreams! They went on the roller coasters, water rides, etc. Omg so lucky!  funfunfun! I fell asleep at 1 AM, woke up at 3:28 AM, and realized that "Automatisch" was still playing (I had it on repeat). And it's a LOUD, energetic song. O_O Go hear it! And maybe even try falling asleep while listening to it. Anyway it's so nice! Especially the bridge: "...Du stehst vor mir, und warst nie wirklich hier" = "...You stand before me, and were never really here." Sad and beautiful. Adam Lambert is following tokiohotelusa on Twitter! Ah. Gotta love him for that. Look at Bill and Tom here with Ingrid and Klaus (they work for MTV Germany)! Haha a lot of people say they're maturing. Is this what mature means? It's freakishly adorable!  They look like little kids! HAHAHA!! And anyone else notice how thin Bill (the gorgeous one with the black-and-white hair) is? Look at his legs!   And Sarah saw this picture of David with some scary-looking random girl (I think it's the shadow over her eyes that makes her look scary) and she is SO jealous right now. She posted it on Facebook and even sent David a Twitpic of the picture with the caption "Who is that girl you're holding hands with!? D:" LOL! Saskia commented and said stuff like, "I wanna puke on her... But looks like someone already did!!!!" and "well... she is HIDEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanna smash her head on a hard wall..." Omg so violent...  HAHA look at David! So cute! Omg. Jia He is so mean. He said, "You know sometimes when I look at Chen Chen (our cousin), he reminds me of a donkey?" Chen Chen was in the same room when he said that.  "Haai, I is a donkee and my name be Chen Chen. TEE HEE!" My brother is so mean. And now he's going, "I like men. I like men. I LOVE men." Sigh. So I was very happy when her mum Aunty Linda came after school for the report card, while she was waiting for the report card, I, Emily, Sarah, and Rachel, and she started talking about David and Tokio Hotel. Aunty Linda: So you all still like David? Me: Yes, we still like him. Sarah: But Jiayu's not so crazy anymore... Me: Yeah... But I still like him. Aunty Linda: Ohh. Me and my mum went to this posh wedding at The Hilton (I substituted my dad, who's in China). I also actually liked wearing my dress, and I wore eyeliner on the bottom lids and mascara. My mum said my makeup was really nice, and asked me to help her with her makeup next time. Heh. The wedding was soo expensive. My gosh. The bride's mum, who is my mum's friend, told us that the bride's first dress (she wore three dresses) was RM20,000! And the big bunch of orchids on the tables were RM30,000. And the flowers at the main table were from Holland. So freakishly rich! And the food was quite nice. Sharkfin soup. I looove. There were nine dishes, including two desserts. The wedding ended at 11-something, and I slept at 1-something AM. Had to wake up at 7 AM this morning for this charity fundraiser thing in my brother's kindergarten. My mum got her brother and his girlfriend and one of the maids to help sell rojak, and Jiahe brought his pets (Leopard gecko, Peters' Forest Gecko, Malaysian Forest Scorpion, an eel-like animal called a reedfish, and two rainbow crabs), and Shiwei brought his star tortoise. They kept them in a room decorated with some huge leaves my mum brought, and called it the "Mini Pet Zoo." It was a one-dollar (RM1) coupon per person, but later they could use normal money when the coupons ran out, I guess. Good business. About 100 people came into the "zoo," and someone said it was the best one yet. I'm at Yuwen's house right now, and her new toy poodle Kiki is going berserk! It's growling and jumping and running around the room like a crazy thing. And Adam Lambert has a twitter! Confirmed by @dannygokey. Adam's twitter is @therealGlambert. I hope he replies his fans! Most celebs don't, they just reply other celebs, but David does reply his fans, and I think that's really nice of him! Me: OMG! He got locked out of his own house and started running up and down the street! So funny! SO CUTE!! Sarah: Yeah! Omg! So cute! I think he ran to Dean's house! Cause he once said that Dean lives a few blocks away from him. Awww, him throwing tiny pebbles on the window is so hilarious! Me: I KNOW! Can you imagine? So adorable! I wish i was there and i was david's friend and i also got locked out of my house, so we could go to dean's house together and throw pebbles together!! OMG! Sarah: No it wouold be me, not you! I would pretend I don't know how to get in the house, so we can stay outside talking! OMG! Me: No, it would be ME! I said first! Okay fine, both of us coz we had a sleepover! SO EXCITING! Sarah: OMG! Then we can invite David over for the sleepover! Soooo nice! I wish it was true! Then we can all talk and watch movies together! EEEEEEEEEEEEE! *dies of excitement!* <3 Oh my freaking gosh, you guys, that conversation (via SMS) was so exciting. I started daydreaming and imagining and that got me so excited and happy. Even though it's just a daydream. And it will never come true. Hah! ... Oh, how depressing! D: Anywayyy, ZERO GRAVITY (the full version) was on Hitz.fm yesterday! OMG! Me and Emily were staying back in school, and suddenly Sarah called me to say that Zero Gravity was on the radio. Of course we panicked, because we didn't have a radio, but then someone said that Tetsuo had a radio in his phone, so we took that, but the radio didn't work downstairs in the school. It just kept going, "Zzzzzt! Zzzzzt!" so we quickly ran outside, screaming and jumping and breathless. Two guys (one just got out of a van, and another was painting the carpark) looked at us all weird. We ran up the ramp and the radio started working, which made us go crazy and screamed and started laughing like pure idiots. But we're idiots for David, so it's okay! XD When the song ended, we gave Tetsuo his phone back. Tetsuo: Why don't you just download it (the song)? Us: Oh, we did (OF COURSE LA).Tetsuo: Then?? Me: We wanna hear it on radio... Tetsuo: ... I don't know, but there's something about hearing David's songs on radio and not just on our phones's music players and iPods. I guess it makes you feel like your favorite singer is getting more attention and recognition or something. After school, my mum brought me to buy a dress at her friend's boutique coz I'm going to a wedding at THE HILTON -- ooo, posh! -- this Saturday with my mummy since my Dad's in China for a business trip and can't go. So glad I went to that shop, coz at first we were supposed to go to the mall, but my mum thought of Aunty Denise's (she's not my aunty but I call her that) shop, so we went there instead. And thank GOD we did, coz I really dislike walking around and looking in countless shops for dresses that look nice on me. It's so boring and tiring. But at Aunty Denise's boutique, I actually liked it. Plus there were several pretty dresses that suited me, so we brought 5 home to try on again and decide which to get. We're getting 3. They're at Aunty Denise's for alterations. I'll get them on Saturday. The dresses are so comfy and niiiice! Ahhh. I experimented with what makeup to wear to the wedding today, which was fun coz I don't really get to wear makeup. Gosh, I love eyeliner. But I hate washing the makeup off, it's so mafan and uncomfortable. Ish! Who agrees with me? While I was taking all that makeup off, this girl called Hitz.fm and asked, "Can you play a David Archuleta song for me?" And Natalie (the radio DJ) said it'll be coming up next, and she'll be playing either ALTNOY, Crush, Touch My Hand, or Zero Gravity! Omg, it was so exciting! I freaked out and started screaming and teleported (I'm a magical being!) over to my phone to dial Emily's number, but she didn't pick up! I called her several times, then gave up, and called Sarah next to tell her! They played ALTNOY, even though I was hoping it'd be ZG, but Natalie said she's saving that for tomorrow, so I gotta listen to Hitz tomorrow! OMG. OMGOMGOMG. I just realized that I can't! I have school from 9 AM - 3 PM tomorrow, then piano class from 3:30 - 5, then ballet for 5 - 7:30. I'll probably be back by about 8:15 PM! And I can't listen to Hitz in the car coz the radio won't go up to 92.9 since it's a Japanese car. Darnnn it! Hopefully they'll play it at night. :X Ish! Now I gotta go practice from my piano lesson tomorrow. My piano exam's only about 2 weeks away! So scary. But at least I'll get to play some other songs beside my exam songs, which are getting really boring, and dumb old scales and arpeggios and et cetera. Ah well. Wish me luck! Byebye! HAHAHA! And he's wearing a leotard and HIGH HEELS! Song of the Day: DotA by Basshunter! It's really nice. It's in Swedish, but the English translation of the song is so weird. The whole song is about DotA (computer game). Here's the translation. Sarah was kinda worried, coz she said Ms. Cath and PaulLyn seemed so serious, but it sounded exactly like the prank Sarah had pulled on me a few days ago, so I didn't really believe it and told her I'd check on the Internet with my phone after school. Later, Sarah came back, all relieved, and said it was fake. I was like, "I knew it!" and gave her a thumbs-up. PaulLyn said that her hopes were crushed (she wants Kris to win =.=''). Ms. Cath probably read somewhere about Sarah's cruel prank and copied it then. I started laughing for no apparent reason today at lunch. Sarah says me and Emily laugh very easily. But all we have to do to laugh is look at Sarah. She's so blur sometimes! Kind of deaf, too. She keeps going, "What? What??" and we keep having to repeat ourselves. Also, during lunch, she'll just stare into space or play with plastic bags and it's really funny. I woke up late (forgot to set my alarm -- oops) at 8 AM today and immediately checked Twitter with my phone. Just in time, coz David was Twittering and replying to people! Omg!! I started twittering him like crazy! ... to no avail. Oh well. Yesterday, Sarah told me that David was twittering, and replying to the fans, so I tried to log in to Twitter from my phone but I couldnt... Just as I finally figured out how, he stopped. =.='' (David's Twitter) Archie's so nice la. He replied to like 10 people. This guy twittered David, "Hey, it's my birthday today and it would really make my day if you could wish me happy birthday!" and David replied, "Happy birthday! Have a good night." Awww, he's so nice! Also, David replied to someone else that he was trying to look for a candle in the hotel but he couldn't find one. I went to the someone's page to see what she wrote, and she said something like lighting a candle for Adam Cook at 8 PM EST. I just found out today why when I checked AAM in school with my phone. (Do we have to pay for the Internet, or 3G, or whatever, on our phones? I sure hope not, coz I used the Internet on my phone A LOT yesterday and today!) David Cook's brother Adam Cook passed away on Saturday to a brain tumor! O___O I was like so shocked. Rachel told me that in some countries, people light candles when like their hamsters or someone dies. So I went and checked out the video of when David Cook announced it at the Race For Hope 5K running thing that raises money to find a cure for brain cancer, and it's so sad! At first David was saying some funny stuff that made the audience laugh, which kind of confused me coz, I mean, his brother died, so why is he being funny? Then he said, "On a serious note, l... like everyone here, I'm affected by this disease. I actually lost my brother yesterday to a brain tumor." Then he started crying!
